3. Subscription Services (SaaS)

• Service Availability: Navigation and tracking services depend on GPS satellite signals and cellular networks. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by atmospheric conditions, terrain, or network provider outages.

• License: We grant you a non-transferable, limited license to access our tracking dashboard for the duration of your paid subscription.

• Usage: You agree not to reverse-engineer our software or use the services for any illegal activities, including unauthorized tracking of individuals.

4. Payments and Billing

• Pricing: All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as mentioned on the checkout page.
